ha ha! we've converted since we've lived here beth. scratch. it's a dark chocolate cake recipe stephen loves and the caramel frosting is my attempts at re-creating Cupcake Royale's Salty Caramel cupcakes. mmmmmmm. it's more dense than a box and the result is the cake weighs like 15#. thank goodness we shared some. if you weren't off to CA Mandy, we were going to bring you some : ( Hope everything is ok.
