This blog is getting away from me, as many things are lately. Franklin has started being more work instead of less, sleeping fewer hours between waking and eating! We went to Boise for 2 weeks and he slept 3 hr stretches compared to his 7 hr stretches here in Seattle. Was it the temperature? The lack of humidity? Who knows. Whatever the reason, the result was I felt like a zombie much of the trip. We still had a great time.
There were picnics, cousins and more cousins, swimming (and more swimming), pedicures, frozen yogurt and shaved ices, Big Bun, horseback riding, walks, amazingly good meals at home and babies, babies, babies. I got to meet Abigail, my sister's 6 month old - they live in Virginia and we try and meet up in Boise. Franklin was blessed. All 4 of my sisters and our parents were together for the last time before they leave November 7th for 18 months in the UK to serve as Welfare missionaries for the LDS church. They will most likely be setting up and continuing training in LDS employment centers somewhere in the UK- their actual residence won't be known until they get there! They are excited, I am excited for them.
Driving in to Boise- one of the many things I miss about it is the sunsets! This picture was taken THROUGH the window- you can imagine how much prettier it was in person.
Franklin's blessing: James Hunt, Stephen Hunt Sr, Stephen Jr, Ben Hambelton, Ryan Badger, Chad Hunt (2 of Stephen's brothers, his dad, my dad and brother in law)
The rest of the photos are here: https://picasaweb.google.com/tarahunt39/JulyAugust2011 in the first web album I have made in over a year. I quit my work from home job and am resolved to do a few more projects. I have started a Nutrition blog which is in a very infantile state, but you can see it at this link: Hunt for Healthy Eating
